We built a Next.js operations dashboard with real-time portfolio analytics, role-based access for credit officers and auditors, automated reconciliation runs every 30 minutes, and a complete audit trail. Backed by PostgreSQL via Prisma with row-level security.

We rebuilt the transaction layer on WooCommerce: Paystack escrow integration that holds funds until delivery confirmation, a verified-farmer badging system with document upload, SMS order notifications via Termii, and a dispute resolution flow.

A mid-size agency with over 1,200 listings was running entirely on Instagram DMs and WhatsApp broadcasts. Serious buyers couldn't search by location, budget, or bedrooms — and the agency couldn't track which properties were generating interest.

A specialist clinic keeping paper records and Excel backups was spending over 15 minutes retrieving a single patient's history before each consultation. GDPR-adjacent data rules meant cloud SaaS tools were a legal and compliance risk they couldn't take.

A WordPress plugin built entirely inside their existing WP install: AES-256 encrypted patient records, appointment and visit history, role-gated access (doctor, physiotherapist, receptionist), a fast full-text patient index, and automated nightly encrypted backups to their own server.

The founders had licensing deals in place for 60M+ tracks but their UI prototype looked like a generic Spotify clone. They needed a product identity that felt built for African users — not adapted from a Western template — and that worked reliably on 2G and 3G networks.

We designed the brand identity, marketing landing page, onboarding flow, and full player interface from scratch. Every screen was optimised for low-bandwidth: skeleton loaders, progressive image rendering, and offline queue UX. Validated through 38-participant moderated testing across Lagos and Nairobi.

The founders needed a tech-focused job board and applicant tracking system, but every SaaS ATS solution available cost more per month than their runway could support. They needed something custom, fast to ship, and that they could own outright.

A publisher with strong editorial output was stuck at 8,000 monthly organic visitors and couldn't break page 3 for any competitive keyword. Core Web Vitals were failing across every key page: LCP at 8.4 seconds, render-blocking scripts on every article load, zero structured data.

Full technical SEO audit, elimination of all render-blocking CSS and JavaScript, implementation of Article and FAQ schema markup, a rebuilt sitemap and robots layer, full image compression to WebP, server-side rendering optimisations, and monthly Search Console reporting.

Despite strong product selection and good reviews, checkout completion was under 32%. The core problem: no delivery slot booking meant customers couldn't plan around delivery, so they abandoned. The existing Mpesa integration also had a known silent failure bug the previous developer had left unresolved.

WooCommerce checkout rebuild with a custom delivery slot booking plugin — time-window management, driver capacity limits per slot, and customer slot confirmation email. The M-Pesa gateway was debugged, replaced with a direct Safaricom Daraja API integration, and tested against 500 real transactions before go-live.

The client had an audience ready to pay for structured technical courses but couldn't justify $300–$400/month in SaaS LMS fees at early stage. Off-the-shelf WordPress LMS plugins had serious performance problems with their shared hosting and couldn't support their gamification vision.

We built a custom WordPress LMS plugin from scratch: a course and module builder, embedded video lesson support, a timed quiz engine with auto-grading, student progress tracking, an XP and level system, automatic PDF certificate generation on completion, and a public leaderboard shortcode.
