You earn your tier rate (10% at Starter, up to 20% at Elite) on every sale you refer — a plugin, a web build, an EcclesiaOne contract or an Eduvella subscription. One-time sales pay once. Recurring plans pay your full rate for the first 12 months, then a perpetual tail (half your rate, never below 5%) for as long as the client keeps paying.
For anything billed monthly or yearly — care plans, school subscriptions, hosting — you keep earning after year one. The tail is half your current tier rate with a 5% floor: 5% at Starter, 6.5% at Builder, 8% at Partner, 10% at Elite. It floats with your tier, and the 5% floor is paid even if you stop actively referring, for as long as that client keeps paying.
Tiers are measured on a rolling 12-month window. You reach a tier by hitting both its annual bars (referred value and number of paid referrals), and you hold it at half those bars. If a slow year drops you below the maintenance bar, you fall — but at most one tier per yearly review, so a single quiet stretch never collapses everything. Your tail never drops below 5%.
Yes. Anyone who buys through your link, or simply enters your referral code at checkout, gets a discount (currently 5%) on their order — and you are still credited the sale. That makes word-of-mouth work too: a friend you told in person can type your code and you both win.
Two ways. A click on your unique link sets a first-touch cookie that credits you for 90 days, even if the visitor returns later. Or, for word-of-mouth, the buyer types your code at checkout — that applies the discount and attributes the sale to you directly. (Cookie tracking needs the visitor to accept cookies; the code path always works.)
