Affiliate program terms.

The rules that govern your participation in the Orravo Affiliate Program.

These terms govern your participation in the Orravo Affiliate Program operated by Orravo Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By joining the program and using your referral code, you agree to these terms. They sit alongside our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where there is a conflict on affiliate-specific matters, this document controls.

Eligibility

To join the affiliate program you must:

›Be at least 18 years old
›Agree to these terms when you join
›Not be a current Orravo Studio employee or a close relative of one
›Not reside in a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions or trade embargoes
›Operate one account per person or entity. Duplicate accounts will be merged or removed
›Provide valid tax information if your total payouts in any calendar year exceed USD 600 equivalent. We may request a W-9 (US persons), a W-8BEN (non-US persons), or a Nigerian TIN as appropriate

We reserve the right to decline any application without giving a reason.

Commission tiers and rates

Affiliates earn a percentage of the Nigerian Naira (NGN) value of qualifying web build referrals. Tiers are based on cumulative jobs referred and cumulative project value:

›Starter: 10% commission. The starting tier for every new affiliate.
›Builder: 13% commission. Reached at 5+ jobs referred and at least ₦1,000,000 in total project value.
›Partner: 16% commission. Reached at 12+ jobs referred and at least ₦3,000,000 in total project value.
›Elite: 20% commission. Reached at 25+ jobs referred and at least ₦8,000,000 in total project value.

Tiers upgrade automatically when both thresholds are crossed. Once you earn a tier you do not drop back down, even if later referrals are lost or refunded.

What counts as a referral

A referral is attributed to you when all of the following are true:

›First-touch attribution. The customer arrived via your referral code (entered at checkout) or a link containing ?ref=YOURCODE
›30-day cookie window. The customer must complete payment within 30 days of their first tracked visit via your link
›Payment completed. A visit, signup, or abandoned cart does not qualify. The customer must actually pay
›Commission base. Commission is calculated on the NGN amount the customer actually paid, after any customer-facing discount (including the 10% referral discount described in section 04)

If a sale is refunded under our 30-day money-back guarantee or for any other reason, the related commission is clawed back from your balance. If your balance does not cover the claw-back at the time the refund is processed, the deficit is deducted from future commissions.

The customer discount

Customers who apply your referral code at checkout receive a 10% discount on their order. This rate is administered by us and may be adjusted from time to time. The current rate is published on the checkout page and in the affiliate dashboard.

›You still earn your full commission rate on the discounted total. The discount comes out of our margin, not yours
›If an affiliate is suspended (see section 07), their code may continue to grant the customer discount as a good-faith gesture, but no commission will be paid on those sales
›Discounts do not stack with other promotional codes unless explicitly stated

Payouts

Commissions accrue to your balance as referrals convert. You can request a payout from your affiliate dashboard subject to the following:

›Minimum payout: ₦20,000
›Processing time: Eligible payouts are processed within 5 business days via Paystack Transfer to a verified Nigerian bank account
›Bank details: You must add and verify your bank details in the dashboard before requesting a payout. We do not pay to third-party accounts
›Pending requests: Only one payout request may be open at a time
›International affiliates: If you are outside Nigeria, email hello@orravo.com. We handle international payouts case-by-case until we have global rails in place

We may withhold a payout if we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms, while we investigate. We will tell you the reason and what we need from you.

Prohibited practices

The following practices are grounds for suspension, removal, and forfeiture of unpaid commission. You may not:

›Self-refer. You may not use your own code on your own purchases, or have a household member or controlled entity do so on your behalf
›Spam. Post your code on forums, subreddits, Discord servers, comment threads, or social platforms without context or against the platform's rules
›Bid on our brand keywords. No paid search advertising on "orravo", "omailer", "oforms", or any other Orravo product name, exact match or close variant, on Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any other paid channel
›List on coupon sites. Posting your code on coupon aggregators or cashback sites without written permission
›Make false or misleading claims about Orravo products, our pricing, or your relationship with us
›Create fake reviews, testimonials, or case studies attributed to fictitious customers
›Stuff cookies via auto-loaded iframes, pixel-stuffing, or any technique that sets the referral cookie without a genuine click
›Infringe our trademarks or register domains, social handles, or app names that incorporate "Orravo" or any Orravo product name
›Scrape or reverse-engineer our site, plugins, or systems

Termination

Either side can leave at any time:

›By us: We may suspend or remove any affiliate at any time, for cause or no cause, with notice by email to the address on your account
›By you: Email hello@orravo.com to leave the program. Your code will be deactivated

After termination:

›Pending verified commissions in your balance are paid out at the next regular payout cycle, subject to the minimum payout threshold
›Commissions tied to unconverted or unverified referrals do not vest after termination
›If termination is for a breach under section 06, we may forfeit unpaid commissions to offset our losses, acting reasonably
›A suspended affiliate's code may still grant the customer-facing discount (good faith), but no further commission attribution occurs

Tax and independent-contractor status

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of Orravo Studio. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, joint venture, or partnership relationship.

›You are responsible for reporting and paying your own income tax in your jurisdiction
›For US-resident affiliates whose payouts exceed USD 600 in a calendar year, we may request a completed W-9 and issue a 1099 where required by US law
›For non-US affiliates at similar payout levels, we may request a W-8BEN (or W-8BEN-E for entities)
›For Nigerian affiliates at high payout volumes, we may require a valid TIN to comply with FIRS rules
›Where we are required to withhold tax at source, the withheld amount will be deducted from your gross commission

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our program, legal requirements, or business practices. For material changes we will give you at least 14 days' notice by email to the address on your account, and we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of your referral code after the effective date of a change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes, please leave the program before the effective date.
