UI / UX & Product Design

Design that earns its keep.

Good UI removes friction. Good UX removes doubt. We work at both levels — research, information architecture, visual design, and prototype testing — before anything goes to development.

  • User research, journey mapping, and persona development
  • Information architecture and wireframing
  • High-fidelity Figma UI design with component libraries
  • Interactive prototypes for usability testing
  • Design system documentation and handoff specs

Our process.

Phase 01
Research
User interviews, competitor audits, and analytics review. Opinions are hypotheses until tested.
Phase 02
Architect
Information architecture and low-fidelity flows before any visual decisions are made.
Phase 03
Design
Component-based Figma files with auto-layout, tokens, and a full interactive prototype.
Phase 04
Validate
Moderated usability tests with real users before developer handoff.

Healthcare SaaS
Problem
A clinical software company had a technically capable product that doctors refused to use because the interface was designed by engineers for engineers.
Solution
Ran a 12-week redesign: user interviews with 18 clinicians, workflow mapping, a simplified dashboard, and an 11-step intake form reduced to four adaptive screens.

Music Streaming App
Problem
A music app had strong catalogue depth but poor discoverability. Users could not find what they wanted and defaulted to a single playlist on repeat.
Solution
Redesigned the browse and search experience with a mood-based entry point, contextual listening sessions, and a micro-interaction system that surfaced related tracks passively.
